The process works as follows: at appointed time a qualified technician will arrive at your premises to measure the windows and discuss the options with you. You will be shown samples of roller blind casettes and fabrics, and the technician will explain the advantages of each option. Once you have made your selection we will provide you with a quotation. Once accepted we will then manufacture the roller blinds to your specifications and make an appointment with you to come and install them at a time most convenient to yourself (for instance outside business hours for commercial premises installation). You will also receive a guarantee and contact details for any maintenance or repair issues.
